THE HOSTERIA IS FLYING,
BUT WE'VE GOT A FEW STOPS

The bread, focaccine and breadsticks are made by us.
Using only stone ground flours from ancient Romagna
grains of the Pransani Mill of Sogliano al Rubicone.
And also the pasta is strictly homemade.

We like to respect the seasonality of the ingredients;
to give value to the products of our region (such as
porcini mushrooms), without neglecting the flavours of
the sea and excellent Italian gastronomic options.

Besides the menu, in our restaurant in Bagno di Romagna
you will always find "the flying dishes of the day"
which follow the seasonality and creativity of our chef,
in order to offer you a new culinary experience each time.
